Music Exchange Scheme

The online Music Exchange Scheme searches for Making Music groups who can lend you specific editions of musical works between dates you specify.

Repertoire Service

The Repertoire Service is an online searchable database of specific editions of musical works recommended for performance and promotion by amateur musicians.

Programme notes

There are a few thousand notes in the Programme Note Bank, and it continues to grow.

Insurance

The Making Music insurance scheme for members is provided by the Ecclesiastical Insurance Group (EIG). All queries should be directed to Ecclesiastical directly. Phone 0845 777 3322 and select option 3 or e-mail insurance@makingmusic.org.uk.

Information Sheets and ‘How To’ Guides

Making Music publishes around 70 Information Sheets and 'How to' Guides on subjects of interest to voluntary musicians, downloadable free of charge.

Find a Composer

Use our Find A Composer tool to search our online directory of composers.

New Making Music Representative

Each member of Making Music has a nominated Making Music representative. This person is the first point of contact for Making Music. If you are the new representative you will need to update your group details online or contact Member Services on 020 7422 8280.

We encourage Making Music Members to include our logos in any of their publicity.
