A small string orchestra, players aged 18-80, many past or present music teachers. Winner of two BT/NFMS Innovation Awards. Particularly suited to players of a high playing standard who want specifically to explore the string repertoire. Regular attendance is essential

Concerts 2-3 formal lunch-time or evening concerts. 6 concerts in primary schools on Thursday mornings. Informal workshops in primary schools given by small ensembles according to availability of players.
Rehearsals 10.15am-12.30pm Thursday mornings, at Willesden Library Centre, 95 High Rd, NW10 2ST (Free car parking, Jubilee Line 8 minutes' walk)
Entry requirements Informal trial period.
