Worthy charity partner seeks South-East London choir for Christmas 2010 carol concert

The King's College Hospital Limb Reconstruction Trust (KCH LRT for short) is seeking a choir willing to either donate part of the proceeds from its forthcoming Christmas concert to the charity, or alternatively to put on a brand new concert in aid of the charity - for which reasonable expenses will be covered and publicity and ticket sales taken care of. This is a wonderful opportunity to do something extremely worthwhile for a very deserving cause by forming a partnership with a local healthcare charity.

What, when and where?

Your choir will need to put on a Christmas concert in December 2010, ideally in a venue close to King's College Hospital in the Denmark Hill area.

In the equivalent event last year the KCH LRT patients did the readings, which was a very moving touch and something the charity hope to repeat this time.

What sort of music are we looking for?

You should include some Christmas music and participatory carols, and otherwise are free to choose the rest of the programme. Please nothing too long or heavy!

What support can KCH LRT provide?

The charity will take care of publicity and ticket sales, although obviously your usual audience of friends and family will also be extremely welcome.

About KCH LRT

KCH LRT is a relatively new charity, set up in 2007 to support patients undergoing this long and painful treatment. Among its trustees are specialist surgeons and nurses, other professionals and former patients. This is the only charity that caters for the specialist needs of limb reconstruction patients.
