This seminar will help you ensure your communications are targeted appropriately and effectively.

You will:
- get a practical and helpful guide to producing accessible publicity materials.
- learn about the Disability Discrimination Act and how it affects the way you communicate.
- learn about the terminology used by deaf and disabled people.
- look at how to use images in a positive and appropriate way.
- examine website accessibility and e-marketing.
