What's the plan for the session?

This seminar will demystify the process and give you practical assistance to develop and implement your own Disability Action Plan.

You will:
- identify the areas of your business that are affected by the Disability Discrimination Act.
- examine the physical and attitudinal barriers in your organisation.
- plan how to make ‘reasonable adjustments’ to make your services and working culture more inclusive and accessible.
- learn how to write and implement a Disability Action Plan that complies with the DDA.
